I just saw the new Google Data Visualization Gadgets over on Infostehtics, apparently they have a whole bunch of other charts too. Sounds like they're pretty easy to use.

the gadget is actually a Flash-based multi-dimensional chart. the first column is item name, the second is time, the third is x-coordinates, the forth is y-coordinates, & the fifth is ball size.

For a quick and easy way to play around with some other Google graphs and quickly through some data in try this handy graph builder. I think this is definitely just the beginning of trend in easy to use, but rather specific, RIA mashup UIs. I can imagine I'd find this very useful to easily be able to build custom charts in something like Google Analytics...hmmmm.
