If you don't follow Lee Brimelow's blog, you should. Lee posted the full Flash Player 10 API on his blog yesterday and has had some great posts on FP10 and how to use it lately. Lee works for Adobe as a Platform Evangelist and seems to be just full of great developer information.
I only discovered Lee's blog this morning when reading through Josh Tynjala's. Josh is another guy I recommend watching if you're interested in learning good Flash development techniques and staying up to date on cool happenings in the Flex community. Josh recently worked for Yahoo! and contributed to the YUI and has recently moved on to ESRIA.

Lee's blog is an excellent resource. His gotoandlearn site is great as well although it seems to be more demonstration than actual tutorials at this point (at least for Flash Player 10). You can also visit http://www.peabee.com/ for Flash CS3 tutorials and RIA snippets.
