Duane Nickull is back with episode 10 of Duane's World. This episode features Clive Goodinson talking about AJAX, Flash, Pixton, PHP and other technologies. Watch as Clive creates a comic version of Duane using Pixton. Those of you who know Duane might say that a comic version of Duane is redundant. :-)

Funny how the technologies behind Bitstrips & Pixton match up, even down to javascript libraries (go jQuery!)

Totally agree about ajax vs. flash - I haven't come across a situation where it isn't evident which tool to use in order to deliver the best experience possible.

The technologies that Pixton uses - MySQL, PHP, Flash, Javascript (including jQuery), XHTML, and CSS - are commonly used, all over the web.

So it's no coincidence that David's website uses the same technologies.
