Yes, we have winners!

It's our pleasure to announce the winners of the Adobe AIR Cook-off contest:
Greg Jastrab, Jeff Tapper, and Jamie Kosoy. Well done, contestants!

Here's a rundown on who won what:

Grand Prize - "Migrating Serialization Changes in AIR" - Greg Jastrab
Community vote: - "Migrating Serialization Changes in AIR" - Greg Jastrab

The Grand Prize is one pass to Adobe's MAX 2008 conference, San Francisco,
November 16-19, 2008, valued at $1,695.00, and the winner's choice of
$500-worth of O'Reilly books listed at

The Community Choice Prize is the winner's choice of $350-worth of O'Reilly
books listed at http://www.oreilly.com/store/publisher/oreillycomplete.html

Second prize goes to Jeff Tapper, for his recipe "Caching Images to disk
after first time they are loaded."

The Second Prize is one copy of every English-language Adobe Developer
Library book published by O'Reilly prior to September 1, 2008.

Third prize goes to Jamie Kosoy for his recipe "Are you sure you want to
quit?"

The Third Prize is the winner's choice of any 5 O'Reilly books listed at
