In my previous blog I asked readers to log into the Adobe bug database and vote for an improvement to the Flex Ant Tasks. So far, 16 people have done so. Thank you, whoever you are! The feature request now has 19 votes. If you have not yet voted, please make yourself heard. More votes are probably required before Adobe considers this issue important enough to devote resources to it.

Today's vote is for a FlexUnit feature request that I filed. If you have ever tried to make a unit test using FlexUnit, and wanted to put the test runner and the unit test in a tests/ directory, you discovered that Flex Builder will not make a run configuration for the test runner. The workaround is to place your test runner in the src/ directory. This mixes production code with test code, which is not a happy situation. Here is where you can log in to vote to make unit tests more manageable: https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FXU-15

If you would like to add a comment to the bug report, click on the menu item labeled "Comment" and tell Adobe what you think.
