Well, I am glad to see that we have an enthusiastic audience and that the top goal of 2009 is to learn a new skill. Hopefully, this is to further your career and not out of necessity due to the economic downturns that we have been experiencing. Get a new job, start a new company, and get in better physical shape were all tied for second place in this poll. To see the full results, please click here.

Why don't we just lower the interest for everyone that has a mortgage problem instead of the bank foreclosing? I would rather see people stay in their homes and pay less than abandon the property.
