Ok, so technically, it is March 28th, but let's pretend Friday didn't slip by as quickly as it did. As always, here are a list of interesting jQuery related links from the previous week. Be sure to drop me a line (ray at camdenfamily dot com) if you have something to share.

  • Learning jQuery by Hal Helms - Hal is a bit of legend in the ColdFusion community, and like myself, has really fallen in love with jQuery. He has begun a new series of blog posts specifically targeting people who want to learn jQuery. There is - of course, a tie in to ColdFusion as well.
  • Tweettrail.com - This is a new site that reports on Twitter keywords. It reports the top 20 people mentioning a particular term. It is built with jQuery on the front end and ColdFusion as the back end server.
  • jQuery Validation Plugin Updated - My favorite jQuery plugin was updated to version 1.5.2. Looks to be mainly just bug fixes, but he also included a wicked cool demo integrating jQuery UI tabs.
  • jQuery Select Cheat Sheet - A cheat sheet targeting the SELECT element. Very darn useful as I've found working with SELECT elements a bit confusing. This cleared up a lot of things for me.
  • Plugin: qTip - A slick plugin for tool tips.
  • And finally, from the mother ship, new entries from This Week in jQuery and This Week in jQuery UI
