A few weeks ago I gave a talk with Andy McIntosh at Adobe Camp Denver on some of the new features in Flex 4. Since we stole a lot of the material from Ely Greenfield I've been awaiting his approval to post the slides. He gave us the thumbs up last week, so here they are, in all of their glory. Enjoy!
You can download the small list of example files I made for the presentation here. Andy McIntosh's demos are largely featured on on his blog, such as this post here.
The entire conference was absolutely fantastic - kudos to the guys at Real Eyes Media for putting it together. The speakers were great, the talks were on topic, and it was one of the cheapest conferences I've ever attended. All around it was a great experience.

Really great preso!
You mention Ryan Cambells layout demo... could you provide a URL? Thanks again!
Thom
On slide 16, do you mean to say states in 2006 suck? The text says 2009 states suck. If you mean 2006, then I totally agree.
How about achieving these features... in Action Script...
good video
Thanks for the great comments, everyone. @Bobby - yes, I meant 2006. @Thom - you can find Ryan's demo here:

I've updated the slides to correct both errors - thanks for catching them!
