I browsed over to Adobe Labs recently to see if there were any new Adobe projects that I may have missed, and stumbled across "Blueprint", a very helpful in-editor tool for searching Flex and AIR documentation and code examples online, which was released back in June.
From Adobe Labs:
Blueprint is a plugin for Adobe® Flex® Builder™ 3 and Adobe Flash® Builder™ 4 that allows users to query for Adobe Flex and Adobe Flash code examples found on the Web directly inside of the development environment.
It's easy to use, you just hit ALT+B in windows, or apple+B on a mac to invoke the blueprint help. You can either type in a search term, or simple use the mouse to highlight a piece of code, and it will automatically search for it when you hit ALT+B.
Check it out:
Or, you can launch it standalone here:

Too bad, again FlexBuilder complains, when I try to install TourDeFlex or Blueprint:
Eclipse RCP Patch 3 for 3.3.1 (3.3.1.v20080102_331) requires feature "org.eclipse.rcp (3.3.1.R33x_r20070802-8y8eE8sEV3Fz0z0GlHJrXvTAUS)".

Are you running the latest updated version of Flex Builder? I didn't have any issues installing it. Try looking at the Adobe Labs forums at: http://forums.adobe.com/community/labs/blueprint/
