New Flash Builder for the Force.com Platform

Yesterday Adobe and Salesforce.com announced the preview release of Adobe Flash Builder for Force.com. It's an integrated development environment (IDE) designed to simplify the building of Flex or AIR applications that interact with back-end Force.com data and services. The formal release of the IDE is scheduled for the first half of 2010.
