A member of the Flex Team, Deepa talks about how component development is changing in Flex 4 - a must for any serious Flex developer</p>

<p><strong>Data Visualization with Flex</strong> <br />
Wednesday, November 19, 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm, by Tom Gonzalez<br />
Tom is one of the founding contributors to the Degrafa project and an expert on this topic.  I saw his 360 | Flex presentation on this same topic, and it was well worth it.  Definitely check this out.</p>

<p><strong>Filthy Rich Flex: Graphics and Animation</strong><br />

Chet is a new member of the Flex team who brings years of experience in developing slick graphics and animation to Flex.  Chet also did a similar presentation at 360 | Flex and showed off a few techniques I'd never seen before.</p>

Michael Labriola used to be a reverse engineer whose entire job was focused on breaking and rebuilding software, and he hasn't lost his love of tinkering in the details since moving to Flex.  Since meeting him at 360 | Flex, I've found him to be one of the most knowledgeable people in the entire industry.  Come expecting to learn more about  how Flex works under the covers than you ever thought you could.</p>]]>
