Microsoft has released the first release candidate for IE8. You can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx. It is supposed to be faster, easier, and more secure. I'm downloading it at this very moment to test it out.

Interesting, that's what I thought, but on Microsoft's own site, it said RC1 when I downloaded it. That's what I get for being cautious and going by what's on their site. :)
