      <![CDATA[<p>We would like to announce that next week a new series will be published on InsideRIA covering application development on the Facebook Platform based on the newly announced Adobe AS3 Library.  This series will be authored by <a href="http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/au/3675">Mirza Hatipovic</a>.</p>

<p>Facebook apps are quite popular and we know that this series will be appreciated by our readers. Weekly we will publish an installment from the 20 article series covering RIA development on the popular Facebook platform.         <![CDATA[<p>Yes, the whole series will be based on the Flash IDE, simply because it gives more freedom in terms of design etc. :-) ... </p>

<p>Almost every article will have a small sample. The samples will be "down to earth", but this will be better for readers as they will not get frustrated by too complex samples right at the start.</p>]]>
